A proposal for a business model of community building through charity and education,... in story form If we accept the following... 1. Our ability to live and work together is based on a system of laws and morals that come from years of reasoning and observation. 2. Morality is a learned behavior that can be taught. 3. High morals tend to be associated with high levels of empathy and charity. 3. There are methods of education, child development, family and community structure that tend to improve character. 4. A community that successfully enhances morality and education flourishes economically.
Incorporate this into a business that is governed by a separation of power between 1. It's employees 2. Management and 3. An out side board ... each with equal power. 1. A partnership of industry or business with community for the purpose of education, and philanthropy. 2. A community built around the business structure. Community is the structure that can most efficiently support human development. 3. Education should be the central endeavor of the community. Schools should be integrated into the work place. 4. Charity is the objective of the community. Because we generally find greater human disparities on a global scale an international platform would serve to better achieve the objective. 5. The structure of the organization should be such that it encourages the leadership to be altruistic and charitable in nature. see Kohlberg...
EXPERIMENT I understand this is all a bit unusual yet it is all something quite basic. It is possible to create an experiment based on this hypothesis. I believe that we need more of this type of experiment. Possibly to improve the quality of life, as well as provide an enriched social environment.
